During the therapy it is not necessary to spend large amounts of time dwelling on past events, instead I help you gain the necessary tools to move forward in your life. No medication is prescribed as the body is a wonderful resource and if given the right conditions is able to heal itself.
Sessions are on a one to one basis every, last about an hour and are held in a very confidential, relaxing and supportive environment. Rather than long term contracts, I prefer you to be the judge in measuring your own success, so you decide on how long you wish to work with me.
