Like so many, I went down many avenues seeking relief from the countless health problems associated with CFS/ME/Fibromyalgia which had hounded me as they got progressively worse over 20 years. The worst of these had become the crippling pains in my arms, legs, hips, wrists and hands, neck, shoulders and head which drove me to despair. My GP, although very understanding, could only deal with the actual problems but not the causes and I was taking a cocktail of medications which created their own side effects along with the despair of no light at the end of the tunnel.
It was as a result of a quite bizarre circle of wrong phone numbers that I heard of Wendy and I am quite sure it was fate which decreed that I should give yet another therapy a chance. It has proved to be a turning point in my life and has put me in control of areas of my life which had, without me knowing it, become chaotic and the therapy has now benefited not just me but everyone in my life so that gradually my health is improving as a consequence.
The therapy is something you have to work at and you have to sometimes confront issues which are painful but you soon start to gradually reap the benefits.
